To celebrate the one-year anniversary of Helldivers 2, we partnered with Arrowhead Game Studios to host an exclusive three-day event in Stockholm for 12 influencers, where we handled flights, travel, and accommodation, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. The event gave them hands-on access to unreleased Helldivers content, the chance to meet the development team, and a truly creative experience inside the world of Helldivers. From being sworn in by John the Helldiver himself to livestreaming from the Arrowhead office, influencers were given VIP treatment with Q&A sessions, developer-led talks, and 1-on-1 time with the team.
Adding to the excitement, we arranged for a special celebrity guest, kept a secret (and hidden in a separate hotel) until the day, creating an unforgettable moment for the influencers. Beyond the activities in the Arrowhead studio, we ensured all influencers had time to recover from jet lag and explore Stockholm, which kept the experience fun and flexible. It also wouldn’t be an event without a competitive night of bowling and shuffleboard, giving influencers and developers the chance to bond in a relaxed, social setting. Influencers left with exclusive merchandise, unforgettable memories, and fresh content to share with their audiences.
