In Collaboration with Wired Productions
Streamers Connected teamed up with Wired Productions to build and launch the Wired Productions Creator Collective. Targeting content creators on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok, Streamers Connected’s strategy was to integrate the Wired Creator Collective into Wired Productions’ existing Discord server, creating a safe and active community hub. Streamers Connected focused on leveraging existing relationships within the gaming community and enticing creators with unique engagement strategies, such as an exclusive Advent calendar activation, physical merchandise for early accepted applicants, 1-1’s with developers, feedback loop sessions and game keys.
Through the Wired Creator Collective, we’ve demonstrated how a strategic, community-focused approach can create a benchmark for engaging a dedicated community of indie game creators, as well as the wider gaming community. It shows the importance of nurturing strong relationships with creators and providing meaningful incentives to engage and retain their interest.
